The company was established in 1993 and founded Chenzhou Gospell Digital Technology Co., Ltd. in 2001. On February 13, 2017, it was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. In 2020, Weifang Bincheng Investment Development Co., Ltd. became the controlling shareholder of the company, with the Weifang State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission becoming the actual controller of the company. The company is headquartered in Gospell Industrial Park, Suxian District, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province.
